The role

Do you have experience within the car damage industry and are you ready to manage a branch as if it were your own business? For our branch in Oirschot, we are looking for a Branch Manager who knows how things work in practice. Someone who maintains an overview, motivates colleagues, sees opportunities, and ensures that customers leave with a good feeling.

At Van Mossel Autoschade Oirschot, you will join a professional environment where quality, craftsmanship, and teamwork are central. Together with your team, you will ensure that every repair process runs smoothly and that the branch continues to grow.

What you'll do

As Branch Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations within the branch. You lead the team, monitor performance, and ensure that quality and customer satisfaction always come first.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

Leading and coaching the team;
The planning, staffing, and progress of the work;
Monitoring quality, productivity, and yield;
Maintaining contact with customers, insurers, and leasing companies;
Analyzing results and implementing improvements;
Further expanding the branch and the team.
