What we're looking for

You have MBO work/thinking level 🎓
At least 1 year of work experience in retail, preferably with leadership experience 🛒
Experience with leadership? Great! Whether it is coaching colleagues or conducting conversations about, for example, absenteeism and performance, you know how to handle it
You speak and write Dutch fluently and have some knowledge of the English language.
Flexibility is key for you

What you'll do
