Service Advisor in the Netherlands

What are you going to do?
As a service advisor, you are the face of the workshop. You are the first point of contact for customers and ensure that everything regarding their car is well arranged. From creating work orders to answering questions about invoices, damage, or warranty claims - you ensure that everything runs smoothly! You maintain the schedule and communicate with your colleagues in the workshop. And above all: you ensure that customers leave satisfied and with a smile. Your tasks:

• Creating work orders;

• Administrative processing of the work performed on the car;

• Scheduling work for your colleagues in the workshop;

• Monitoring the progress of the schedule;

• Preparing and discussing the invoice and explaining exactly what was done to the car.

Let's be honest, this varied and dynamic job is not for everyone. It is a great advantage in this position if you already have experience as a service advisor.
