Restoration Estimator

What will you be doing? As an estimator, you are the key to the success of our projects. You understand construction methods and cost implications, request quotes, and discuss them with subcontractors and suppliers. You prepare and monitor risk analyses, and assist in drafting and translating the program of requirements. Additionally, you check specifications and drawings and prepare final cost calculations.

• Money: Determining the cost price of projects and building a database for key figures.

• Quality: Financially assessing costs to deliver the right quality.

• Organization: Organizing all activities necessary to determine the cost price.

• Information: Assessing all necessary information within the cost price.

• Time: Timely delivery of a proposal / cost price.

• Safety: Financially assessing opportunities and risks.

• Environment: Financially assessing opportunities and risks.

• Communication: Informing and advising the project team regarding the cost price.
