Senior Scrum Master

• A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, or a similar field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Process Consultant, Continuous Improvement Specialist, or a similar role.
• Experience with improving processes and ways of working within complex organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, and change management principles.
• Experience with IT Service Management and ITIL processes.
• Experience with stakeholder management at various levels within an organization.
• Technical affinity to collaborate effectively with infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Experience within infrastructure, operational, or technically complex environments is a plus.
• Certifications such as PSM, CSM, Lean, or ITIL are welcome, but we find demonstrable practical experience more important.
• Professional command of the Dutch and English languages.

Within IMT-D NetOps, we work daily on the network infrastructure that connects TenneT: from data centers and office locations to control rooms and operational systems. As a Scrum Master, you help teams, stakeholders, and management to continuously improve processes, collaboration, and planning. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to a reliable and future-proof energy supply.

How do you keep the Netherlands running? As a Senior Scrum Master, you are responsible for improving ways of collaborating, planning, and delivering within NetOps and the broader IMT domain. You help teams and stakeholders to streamline processes, make dependencies visible, and develop an effective way of working that fits the complex environment in which TenneT operates.

Additionally, you are responsible for, among other things:

• You analyze existing processes and ways of working and, together with teams and stakeholders, develop improvements that ensure more predictability, transparency, and effectiveness. You support the implementation of these improvements and monitor their actual application.
• You guide the NetOps team in collaboration, communication, ownership, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you support stakeholders within IMT, Telecom, and other departments in developing effective working agreements and methods.
• You make an active contribution to harmonizing processes and ways of working within IMT. In doing so, you support the adoption of PMP, Agile principles, IT Service Management, and ITIL practices and ensure better alignment between IT- and OT-related activities.
• You help teams and stakeholders to make dependencies between projects, operational activities, and other departments transparent. You support the improvement of intake, planning, and prioritization processes so that activities are coordinated in a timely manner and surprises are prevented.
• You bring stakeholders from NetOps, Telecom, Asset Management, End User Services, and project organizations together to resolve bottlenecks, improve collaboration, and realize collective goals.
• You identify structural bottlenecks that hinder the execution of work and work together with teams and management to resolve these sustainably.
