As the first point of contact for our members, you are responsible for taking charge of their concerns and helping them. Whether by phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp, you are the voice of Swapfiets service! Your goal is to resolve any potential issues our customers may have so they can continue to enjoy their bike without worry. You are always one step ahead and offer proactive help even before our customers ask for it.
No question is too complicated or too big for you! With a large team of friendly colleagues, you will answer all questions. And if you see that something can be improved, you proactively propose a new solution!
Furthermore, you work with precision and ensure that everything is correctly recorded in our systems. This way, we can continue to offer the best possible service in the future!
