Technical Maintenance Manager National Highways | Rijkswaterstaat | Limburg

• Do you have a completed HBO or WO degree in Green Management (For example: Hall Larenstein, HAS Green Academy or Landscape & Environment Management), Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or similar.
• Do you have at least 5 years of relevant work experience within green/nature management and/or infrastructure.
• Do you have demonstrable experience with infrastructural projects where you have held project responsibility.
• Do you have experience as a project leader, technical manager, maintenance manager, work planner, or project coordinator.
• Do you have experience with (green) maintenance contracts, asset management, or maintenance engineering.
• Do you have experience managing execution teams.
• Do you have knowledge of UAV and UAV-GC contracts.
• Do you have experience within road construction, civil concrete construction, landscaping, or similar infrastructural environments.

• A good salary between € 5,200 and € 7,550 per month, depending on your experience.

Do you want to play a key role in the maintenance of the Dutch infrastructure? As a Technical Maintenance Manager  you are responsible for the management and maintenance of over 220 kilometers of national highway in Limburg within the Basic Maintenance Contract of Rijkswaterstaat. You lead the entire maintenance organization and act as the connecting link between the client, project team, and execution.

You lead the domains of emergencies, reports, planned maintenance, and maintenance management. In doing so, you ensure that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You monitor the quality, performance, and financial results of the contract and work closely with Rijkswaterstaat, partners, and other stakeholders.
