The role

As a sleep watch worker in the flexpool, you offer peace, safety, and support to residents during the night. As a sleep watch worker, you are the trusted point of contact for residents at our protected housing locations in the Gooi- en Vechtstreek region.
As a flexible sleep watch worker, you step in where temporary (extra) help is needed, meaning you are not fixed to one single location. This allows you to choose variety and freedom in your work, while you make an important contribution to the continuity of care during the night.

During your night shift, you maintain supervision and take action in the event of unrest or emergencies. You also ensure a calm atmosphere at the location and report any specifics to the day team.
We are looking for a reliable and independent colleague with a calm demeanor, who remains alert and communicates clearly. As a sleep watch worker, you know how to bring tranquility, see what is needed, and offer a helping hand where necessary. You support clients aged 18 and older with diverse challenges, ranging from psychiatric and psychosocial to forensic issues, on their path toward greater independence.

Your workplace

As a flexpool employee, you work at various locations with 24-hour support and determine your shifts and locations together with the planners. You can work at multiple locations or at a specific team/location for a certain period. Via the WhatsApp group, you stay in quick contact with the team, and four times a year we discuss progress together with the care manager and planners. You will receive a phone and laptop from Kwintes and have an annual development meeting to evaluate your experience and satisfaction. BHV certificate and medication authorization are required; Kwintes offers training if you do not have these yet. Transport is necessary to arrive on time.
