Hospital is looking for a short-term internist with a focus area in endocrinology, vascular medicine, nephrology, geriatric medicine, infectious diseases, or a composite profile.

You will join a young and committed department of 19 internists in which all subspecialties are well represented. Within our department, you will be given the space to further develop your own interests and to build high-quality, innovative care together with colleagues.

Our working environment is varied and inspiring. You will work at both locations (Harderwijk and Lelystad), each with their own care profile and dynamics. Within the hospital, collaboration and short lines of communication are central, both with other specialties and with nurses and support teams. We have a well-organized kidney and diabetes center and offer further specialist care in areas including gender care, osteoporosis, vascular diagnostics, and infectious diseases.

In addition to patient care, you will also participate in the supervision of the clinic and in the guidance of medical students and residents. Education, innovation, and digital care (via EPIC) are key priorities within our hospital, and you can play an active role in these as well.

The on-call load is well-regulated: night shifts are limited to one in a row, you always perform weekend shifts together with a colleague, and there is room for compensation. In short, a pleasant workplace where professionalism, education, job satisfaction, and balance go hand in hand.

• A one-year contract for 3 days per week.

• In consultation with you, the position will be organized as much as possible around the combination of general internal medicine and your focus area.

• The salary of an internist is in accordance with the Medical Specialists' Employment Conditions Regulation and amounts to a minimum of € 8.192,00 and a maximum of € 14.219,00 per month based on a full-time working week. In addition, you will receive an 8.33% holiday allowance.
