Solutions Sales Specialist

• Affinity with (security) technology is important to be able to fulfill this role successfully.
• Willingness to develop yourself in various specializations and obtain certificates that support this, namely: TAPA, ISPS, BRZO, but also functional knowledge of various systems/platforms and services.
• Affinity with performing risk assessments.
• Experience with consultancy in the field of Security or Technology is a plus.
• Experience with independently operating sales projects.
• A good commercial drive; you want to achieve something and are self-starting and result-oriented in doing so.
• Good written and oral communication skills in the Dutch and English languages.

As Solutions sales specialist, you successfully position Securitas with clients when it comes to integrated security solutions (Solutions). In this senior role, you advise our customers and contribute to the design and delivery of the customer-specific and innovative security solutions that safeguard the safety of our customers within various sectors. You ensure the further growth of our solutions portfolio. You validate the prepared target list and build the right teams around each opportunity to achieve conversion. We have all the components in-house to offer distinctive solutions to our customers that stand out from the competition. This makes this position so interesting! You are therefore primarily commercially minded but have an excellent understanding of security technology and services, in which you are the specialist.

A solution is a combination of services and technologies from the Securitas portfolio designed to meet the specific security and safety needs of the customer.
