You have MBO-level work and thinking skills

As a security officer, no two days are the same: you react quickly to unexpected situations, always remain alert and hospitable, and work together with colleagues you can count on.

During your training to become a security guard at Securitas, you work and learn at the same time and therefore earn money immediately. You will also start working with us immediately and we will look together at which possibilities we have and which location suits you best. The duties vary per location but one thing is certain: your work makes every environment safer!

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

🔒 Security Guard with paid training
📍 Location: Amsterdam or surrounding area
💰 You will receive € 16.63 gross per hour during the training. After the training € 17.37.
📅 120 hours per 4 weeks on contract
✅ Extras: Year-end bonus, travel allowance, pension, bicycle plan, up to 30% discount on e.g. shops and hotels via Benefits at Work.

Salary during the training: € 16.63 gross per hour
After your training, the starting salary is € 17.37 gross per hour
Irregularity allowance depending on your type of shift (in accordance with CAO PB: evening 10%, night 20%, weekend 35%, holidays 50%)
Pension scheme, travel allowance year-end bonus
