  • For a Nurse, a salary in FWG 45 cao VVT, depending on knowledge and experience, up to max. €4,245.84 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week

  • For a Residential Care Supervisor/VIG, a salary in FWG 35 cao VVT, depending on knowledge and experience, up to max. €3,592.96 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week 

• Pension accrual at Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus 

• You are entitled to an allowance if you work irregular shifts (ORT). The percentages depend on your hourly wage and the time at which you work an ORT shift. The percentages vary from 22% to 60%

As a nurse, you perform care tasks and special nursing technical procedures. You supervise and advise employees at expertise levels 2 and 3. For you, the resident is central. Additionally, you are able to stimulate self-reliance and listen well to the resident. You process information and agreements into care or nursing plans. You can take on a coordinating role towards the nursing and care staff. You know how to give functional instructions in a coaching and people-oriented manner. You enjoy, and are skilled and driven in, guiding students. In consultation with the care team manager and other care colleagues, you are working to deliver good multidisciplinary care to our residents. You play an important role in the team in which you work. You stimulate cooperation, commit yourself to a good working atmosphere, and participate in working groups or committees as necessary.
