To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Allround Quality Controller (5-shift)
As an Allround Quality Controller, no two days are the same and you respond to daily planning, process changes, and any emergencies.
The quality of our products must always be optimal. To achieve this, you are responsible for performing various analyses on the products. Additionally, you maintain and improve the analysis methods and work together with colleagues.
You start your shift with the most critical check: the bottle check in the bottling plant. You look critically at all the lids of the cans and take various samples. You analyze these samples in the laboratory (e.g., for alcohol, original gravity, Brix, oxygen, CO2) for the purpose of process progress and to support process development. You register and report this in various quality systems.
You analyze, register, and report the physical quality of the packaging of the end products. You do this using structural coding and sampling.
You test results against established specifications. You discuss deviations with colleagues and together you look at how this can be resolved, but also how this can be prevented in the future.
Additionally, you perform calibrations and take care of the maintenance of all laboratory equipment.
At the end of the day, you ensure a clear handover to colleagues. You are therefore a true Allround Quality Controller who ensures optimal quality of our end products.
