Connecting your world
As a Scheduling Lead, you build and safeguard the integrated planning function within Major Projects and ensure that Schiphol manages according to one uniform, reliable standard for planning, progress, and decision-making. How exactly you realize this? That is up to you. We rely on the way you pursue goals with enthusiasm and determination, know how to convince others of your vision, and overcome obstacles with confidence. You will apply your talents to:

- performing in-depth analyses and health checks to structurally improve the predictability, quality, and feasibility of project schedules.
- building, leading, and further professionalizing the scheduling discipline, including coaching and developing planners. Monitoring the quality of schedules and positioning scheduling as a strategic sparring partner for project management and stakeholders.
- responsible for independently advising Project Directors and Executive stakeholders on planning scenarios, risks, recovery strategies, and decision-making within projects and programs exceeding €250 million.
You are joining at a unique moment: you will help build a new team and lay the foundation for how Schiphol manages its largest investment projects. You operate at the intersection of strategy and operations, with direct influence on projects >€250 mln in a 24/7 environment where planning is crucial for continuity. You work with 15+ disciplines and complex dependencies and position planning as a steering instrument for decision-making at executive level.
