Information Analyst

• The airport has decided to bring the services for Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM), which are currently carried out by an external service provider, in-house. The goal of the project is to realize a controlled and successful transition of the PRM services to the internal organization.
• Within a driven team, you will focus on analyzing the current data, information, and system flows of the external service provider and, together, ensure that these align with the future operational and information management design of the PRM services within Schiphol.
• We are going for it: Schiphol must belong to the top 3 of European airports.

As an Information Analyst PRM Insourcing, you are responsible for analyzing information needs, systems, and data flows. You form the link between business, IT, and suppliers and translate needs into functional and information management specifications. And how you approach this? That is up to you. We rely on the way you can work with concentration and attention. You will apply your talents to:

• performing information and data analyses.
• drafting functional requirements and specifications.
• mapping applications, interfaces, and dependencies.
• supporting solution design and implementation.
• performing impact analyses.
• supporting testing and acceptance processes.

The project will consist of a transition phase with a deadline of 01-01-2028 and will be followed by an optimize & upgrade phase that will run until 01-01-2030.

• at least 5 years of experience as an Information Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• experience with requirements management, data, and functional analysis.
• knowledge of system integrations, interfaces, and data models.
• experience with testing and acceptance.
• excellent command of Dutch and English.
