What we're looking for

A degree in logistics/supply chain or initial experience in leading or coordinating staff (career changers also welcome) or sound knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
Flexibility, working at least 3 Sundays per month
Strong hands-on mentality and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Open, honest personality with the ability to build trust within the team
High team orientation as well as a good sense for employees and operational processes
Good written and spoken German and English skills

What you'll do

As a Team Leader in our logistics center, you are primarily on Sundays responsible for the smooth running of the operational processes in your Value Added Service (VAS) area. Together with your team, you ensure that quality and quantity standards are met in order to satisfy our customers.

Functional leadership of a team of 20–50 employees in the logistics area
Coaching, training, and motivating the team to ensure performance and further development
Central contact person for operational and personnel matters
Coordination and monitoring of daily operational processes
Close cooperation with other team leaders as well as reporting to the shift leader or workflow
Control of attendance, breaks, and working hours
