As a Ticketing Staff Member, you ensure that the ticket sales for our matches run smoothly. From setting up ticket products to monitoring sales figures: you ensure everything is correct behind the scenes.

You work with our ticketing systems, process and analyze data, and assist with sales promotions. In doing so, you always think from the perspective of our supporters. Because whether it is a season ticket or a ticket for a match: the right supporter must arrive at the right ticket at the right time.

No day within Ticketing is the same. One day you set up ticket sales for a match, the next day you analyze sales figures or support a question regarding a match day. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our ticketing processes run smoothly. Together with an enthusiastic team, you ensure that ticket sales and all associated ticketing processes run smoothly. You work with systems and data, support sales promotions, and ensure that supporters have access to the right tickets at the right time.

• You set up the sale of season tickets, match tickets, and other ticket products. In doing so, you manage, among other things, sales phases, conditions, and customer groups.

• You monitor ticket sales closely, analyze ticketing data, and create sales, financial, and operational reports.

• You identify striking developments and bottlenecks and address these together with the appropriate colleagues.

• You execute sales promotions and campaigns and ensure that ticketing information is current and clear via the various PSV channels.

• You support the ticketing for PSV 1, Jong PSV, PSV Women, and other matches and events.

• You assist PSV Ticketing & FANdesk with more complex ticketing questions and coordinate with other departments and external parties where necessary.

• Around match days, you are the point of contact for operational ticketing questions and, together with your colleagues, ensure that everything runs smoothly.

• You work full-time and report to the Manager Ticketing & FANdesk.

We are primarily looking for someone who gets enthusiastic from the combination of supporters, commerce, data, and systems. You don't need to be able to do everything already. We find it important that you are curious and want to develop yourself further.
