You are an eager-to-learn and proactive student with an interest in e-commerce and digital developments. You feel at home in a professional organization where things move fast and collaboration is central.

During this internship, you will become part of the E-commerce team, which is responsible for PSV's online sales channels, including the PSV FANstore (online). The team works closely with marketing, content, and external partners to optimally serve supporters.

During this internship, you will support the e-commerce team with daily activities. This is a working internship of 32-40 hours per week.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Optimizing webshop content by writing converting product texts and improving product data for the Dutch and English webshops;

• Operationally managing and optimizing the webshop, including adding and checking products and content;

• Analyzing online sales results, conversion, and customer behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and CrazyEgg;

• Supporting online marketing campaigns via Google, TikTok, and META;

• Collaborating on AI applications for product descriptions, image optimization, and data analysis;

• Supporting omnichannel activities, such as the FANdesk, logistics, and marketing actions when necessary.
