At PSV, you don't just sell merchandise. You help supporters express their club pride. Whether it's a new home shirt, a gift for a young fan, or the latest collection: you ensure that every supporter feels welcome and leaves the store feeling good.

As a Sales Assistant, you will work at two special locations: the PSV FANstore in the Philips Stadion and the PSV Citystore in the center of Eindhoven. You advise supporters, ensure a well-maintained store, and contribute to an optimal shopping experience. On match days, you will also experience the energy and dynamism that make PSV so special.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every supporter leaves the store with a smile and a piece of PSV pride.

You are an important point of contact for supporters from both home and abroad. With your enthusiasm, hospitality, and commercial mindset, you ensure an optimal shopping experience.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Welcoming and advising supporters;

• Active selling and identifying commercial opportunities;

• Cashier duties and processing transactions;

• Printing match shirts;

• Presenting collections according to PSV guidelines;

• Processing deliveries and replenishing store stock;

• Handling inquiries, exchanges, and returns;

• Opening and closing the store;

• Keeping the store and warehouse tidy.
