As a Location Manager at Partou in Vleuten, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In this role, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.

As the **Location Manager** of **KDV and BSO Moerasvaren**, you will join a versatile and lively location in the quiet Vleuterweide neighborhood in Vleuten. A location where children are given all the space to play, discover, and develop, and where you, as an experienced leader, play an important role in the further growth and stability of the teams.

The daycare center is located in a homely building on the Moerasvaren and has a permanent and committed team. Children experience new adventures here every day: from singing and crafting together to playing in the large playroom. The location proudly carries the quality mark for official Nijntje movement classes, making movement a natural part of the day. There is also plenty to discover outside, from the private garden to trips to the Máximapark, the petting zoo, and the library.

In addition to the daycare center, you are responsible for the BSO (after-school care), a special location spread across several residential houses in the heart of the neighborhood. Here, children find a warm, homely environment with challenging activities, an extensive holiday program, and even a special BSO+ group for children who need extra guidance and tranquility. For the BSO, work is currently underway to build a stable team composition, which makes this position extra interesting for a leader who enjoys stimulating development and connection.

You will work closely with fellow location managers within the **Vleuten, De Meern, and Leidsche Rijn** cluster. We are looking for a decisive location manager who provides direction, dares to make decisions, and offers a listening ear to employees.
