The role
Growth is no coincidence, it is pure craftsmanship. And you are the expert! Your work as a pedagogical staff member at the daycare center at Koning Lijsterbaard in Bussum is certainly not child's play.
About the location
At Koning Lijsterbaard, you work as a pedagogical staff member in a fairytale-like, monumental villa in Bussum. The location radiates warmth and feels immediately familiar for children and for you as a pedagogical staff member. Located near Naarden-Bussum station, you welcome children who, after school, are given the space to relax, be themselves, and discover new things.
Indoors, you work as a pedagogical staff member with groups in their own pleasant spaces. Here, you guide children in dance, theater, and music activities and connect with their interests. Outdoors, as a pedagogical staff member, you have plenty of room to exercise, play, and move together in the large play area surrounding the building.
This location offers after-school care and is located in the same building as the daycare center. That ensures a familiar environment and short lines of communication with colleagues. As a pedagogical staff member, you work in a place where creativity, relaxation, and personal attention come together, and where you give meaning to children's free time every day.
