Location Manager | Childcare Center in West-Friesland Region

As a location manager at Partou in the West-Friesland region, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In doing so, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.

For our childcare locations in West-Friesland, Alkmaar, and Hollands Kroon, we are looking for a location manager who wants to continue building the quality and development of our childcare together with colleagues.

Within the region, we are constantly in motion. Due to the growth of our organization, maternity leaves, and internal shifts, there is space for a new location manager. The exact scope of the work area is currently still being determined. Therefore, we would like to look together at your experience, ambitions, and talents to determine which location or combination of locations best suits you.

What is already certain is that you will join a region with committed teams, diverse forms of childcare, and locations that are firmly anchored in their neighborhood or village. You will work together with pedagogical professionals who make a difference for children and parents every single day. As a location manager, you are the connecting link between employees, parents, partners, and Partou. You support teams in their development, monitor the quality of the childcare, and ensure an environment in which employees can work with pleasure.

Additionally, you will be part of a committed team of location managers within the region. Together, you will brainstorm about challenges, share your knowledge, and work on the further growth of Partou in Noord-Holland.
