Pedagogical Staff Member | BSO Marathon Amsterdam

Do you see the hidden talent in every child? With that, you truly make a difference for them! We take the ideas and talents of the children (and yours too!) very seriously here. Your afternoon as a pedagogical staff member (bso) Marahton in Amsterdam is therefore by no means childish.

As a pedagogical staff member, you will step into a lively BSO where children are given space after school to relax, discover, and be active. At BSO Marathon in Amsterdam, you will work at a location with its own character, where creativity, movement, and shared experiences are central.

Inside, you will find large open spaces with natural and sustainable materials, a creative studio in the group area, and a cooking island where children can get hands-on themselves. In the group area, there are also vegetable plants that we use during cooking activities. Outside, there is a large playground surrounded by a fence, so children can play and move safely. Additionally, we play sports in the gym of the Europaschool and regularly head out into the neighborhood for excursions within Amsterdam, to the park, the playground, or the Amsterdamse Bos.

At this BSO, as a pedagogical staff member, you will implement activities that align with the interests of children, such as role-playing, cooking, creative work, and sports. You will work in an engaged environment where children discover something new every day and where you make a visible difference for children and parents.
