As a locatiemanager at Partou in IJmuiden, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In doing so, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.

As the locatiemanager of **KDV Beukenstraat**, you will be working at one of our largest locations in IJmuiden. Located in a green residential area in IJmuiden-Zuid, you will find this special childcare center in a characteristic former school building with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a warm, homely atmosphere.

The location consists of six groups: two baby-toddler groups, two vertical groups, and two preschool groups. With a team of 38 employees, you will manage a large and dedicated group of professionals who are committed daily to the development of children from 0 to 4 years old. This makes this position challenging, versatile, and ideal for an experienced leader.

Playing outside and discovering are central. Children enjoy the spacious playground, the separate baby garden, and trips to nearby playgrounds, the library, or the nearby Park Velserbeek. Indoors, they find a safe and inspiring environment in which they can grow and develop through play.

For this location, we are looking for an experienced locatiemanager who brings calm, overview, and structure to a dynamic environment. You are visibly present for employees, parents, and children, stimulate collaboration, and know how to unite a large team around shared goals. With your coaching leadership style, you ensure that employees continue to develop and carry out their work with pleasure.
