The role

Lead a technical service organization where people, customers, and results come together

Are you an experienced manager who switches easily between people, customers, and figures? Do you know how to engage employees, build strong customer relationships, and simultaneously drive healthy business results?

As Operations Manager South Netherlands, you are responsible for the operation within your region. You lead employees, are responsible for customers and customer relationships, and combine people management with commercial and financial insight.

What you'll do

In this role, you are responsible for the operational and financial performance within South Netherlands. You maintain an overview of the operation, know what is happening with employees and customers, and actively drive the results of your region.

Leading the daily operation within South Netherlands.
Directing, coaching, and developing employees within the region.
Driving revenue, margin, and financial results within the region.
Maintaining and further developing relationships with customers.
Identifying commercial opportunities and translating these into concrete actions.
Ensuring a good balance between employees, customers, operation, and results.

What do you bring?

For this position, we are looking for an experienced people manager, preferably with a technical background and experience within a service organization. You combine commercial insight with a good financial understanding and can switch between employees, customers, operation, and results.
