Flexmanager | Amsterdam

As a flexmanager within Partou, you will perform the role of location manager on a project basis. You will replace your fellow location managers during (long-term) illness, maternity leave, or when there is a vacancy.

As a flexmanager in Amsterdam, you report to one of the Operational Managers within the region. You work closely with the regional management team, with the shared goal that all locations in the region run smoothly. The team of flexmanagers currently consists of 4 people. It is a stable team, possessing a great deal of knowledge and expertise but also featuring a wonderful sense of humor. For this position, we are looking for someone who has worked as a manager for several years, also at complex locations. Preferably, you have also worked on a project basis.
