Mid/Senior Digital Transformation Consultant

• Experience in digital transformation, change management, or adoption - Understanding of digital workplaces (including Microsoft 365, Copilot) - probing and analyzing using the Change Power Model
• Strong consultancy and communication skills: analyzing, facilitating, advising, and connecting
• You are strong textually: you can write and edit well
• Enthusiasm to help organizations change in a human-centered way
• Humor, courage, and a healthy dose of curiosity, because change requires creativity and the ability to maintain perspective
• Ability to shape adoption with proven change approaches and guide clients from seeing - interpreting - doing

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget of up to €6,500 including holiday allowance and mobility allowance

As a Mid/Senior Digital Transformation Consultant at Sogeti:

• You independently lead sub-trajectories or full projects with a strong focus on user value: every step must deliver value to the user
• You facilitate workshops, stakeholder dialogues, and interventions in which you actively involve employees or stakeholders in change
• You coach junior consultants and thereby contribute to their growth
• You translate technology into usage in a pragmatic manner

Technology changes fast: Microsoft 365 and (Gen)AI. You help clients keep up and move forward. You constantly assess what employees need to work effectively. You translate usage data into clear and achievable steps that are immediately applicable to the organization. Additionally, you improve digital workplaces so that employees can collaborate more easily. You also identify bottlenecks and ensure solutions that provide immediate benefits to employees.

• You become part of our Transformation, Coaching and Design (TCD) community, in which we share knowledge, develop together, and make each other better
