We are looking for an (incoming) Partner who gets energy from growth, acquisition, and entrepreneurship. Someone who knows how to connect clients and create new opportunities. You will provide direction to the development of the Audit Practice, build sustainable client relationships, and lift our organization to an even higher level within the international network.

• Managing and further expanding your own client portfolio, from advice to evaluation
• Acting as a sparring partner for entrepreneurs, management, and stakeholders
• Performing, reviewing, and signing off on complex annual account audits
• Managing audit projects and monitoring planning, budget, and quality
• Coaching and developing managers and audit teams in their professional growth
• Identifying opportunities and advising on improvements in business processes
• Ensuring technical quality and compliance within the practice
• Maintaining and strengthening sustainable client relationships, also in an international context
• Collaborating with other disciplines to offer integrated services
• Actively contributing to acquisition, business development, and market positioning
• Thinking along and contributing to the strategic direction of the organization

As (Incoming) Partner Audit Practice (Rosmalen region), you are a driving force within the office. You will take leadership of the audit department and are responsible for expanding the client portfolio. With your in-depth knowledge of audit processes and strategic insights, you contribute to the growth and development of the practice. You work closely with other partners to raise the level of service and further strengthen the office's position in the market. Additionally, you are an example for your team, guiding and motivating young talent to get the best out of themselves.

You are co-responsible for its successful adoption and further development.

We are looking for an inspiring leader with a technical professional foundation, strong entrepreneurship, and a proven position in the regional SME market (Waalwijk/ Rosmalen region). A generalist with oversight who gets energy from building, connecting, and making an impact. This could be an experienced Partner or an experienced Auditor/Manager with clear ambition to grow to partner level.

You further recognize yourself in the following profile:

• You hold an RA title
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 5 years in a leadership or partner role
• You have a strong and relevant network within the SME sector in the Rosmalen region
• Extensive knowledge of national and international regulations
• Natural leadership and the ability to develop and inspire people
• Strong commercial drive and advisory skills as an entrepreneurial sparring partner
• An entrepreneurial and connecting profile
• The ability to actively convey Newtone's core values
