You will perform maintenance according to a set maintenance plan on the machines within our production lines. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical malfunctions on these production lines. Should you not be able to solve it yourself, you can always rely on your fellow technicians. Furthermore, you will contribute ideas on how our machines can become more reliable and better, working strictly according to procedures. Safety and hygiene are always central.

• Performing preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan.

• Actively contributing to (maintenance) evaluations and proposing improvements.

• Independently troubleshooting malfunctions and independently working early, late, and on-call shifts (we do not run night shifts).

• Contributing to the building of our Maintenance & Reliability team.

• Administratively handling activities, so that we can always find what happened and what specific tasks were performed on the machines or lines.

• Contributing to the implementation of changes and the creation of instructions.

Clear schedule, without night shifts.

Mon to Fri:

• 3× day shift: 07:30 - 16:00

• 1× early shift: 05:45 - 14:15

• 1× late shift: 13:45 - 22:15

• No weekend shifts

On-call:

• 1× weekend on-call shift every 6 weeks

• Available between 06:00-22:00

• You first attempt to solve the problem by telephone. If that is not successful, you come to the site.

Will you join us at the start of a brand-new facility in Boxmeer?

As a technician, you will be involved from the very beginning in building, testing, and getting all new machines and installations up and running. A unique opportunity to truly leave your mark. We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Technician who wants to help build our new factory in Boxmeer. Do you have experience with maintenance and troubleshooting and are you ready for a new step? Then you are our new:

When working with vaccines, it must be done very carefully and cleanly. It is very important to adhere to the rules. You understand how important this is and feel responsible for it. You are a team player and can collaborate well with the Operators and the Engineers. We find your willingness to learn more important than having extensive work experience already. What you don't know yet, we will teach you. You will bring:

• Completed technical education at a minimum MBO-3 level, preferably in mechatronics, electronics, or control technology.

• VCA (VOL) certificate and/or NEN3140, or you are willing to obtain this through us.

• Ability to read and understand technical documents in Dutch and English.

• Good command of the Dutch language and ability to speak and read English reasonably well.

• You are confident, have strong communication skills, are customer-oriented, and a true team player.
