Front Office Assistant / Estimator

Are you strong in customer contact and do you like to maintain an overview? As a Front Office Assistant / Estimator at Louwman Autoschade in Hoogvliet, you will be the familiar face for our customers and ensure that every damage repair order is properly arranged from start to finish.

A damaged car often brings a lot of hassle for our customers. You ensure that they feel heard and know exactly where they stand. You receive customers, assess damage, make estimates, and maintain contact with customers, insurers, and colleagues in the workshop.

No two days are the same. One customer comes in to report damage, while the next moment you are busy with an estimate or in contact with an insurer. You maintain the overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

As a Front Office Assistant / Estimator:

• you are the first point of contact for our customers;

• you receive customers and discuss the damage to their car;

• you assess and inventory damages;

• you make damage estimates and work these out accurately;

• you maintain contact with customers, insurers, and other involved parties;

• you plan and organize your activities together with your colleagues in the workshop;

• you keep customers informed of the progress of the damage repair;

• you ensure correct administrative handling.

In doing so, you work closely with the damage repairers, the branch manager, and your colleagues at the front office. Together, you ensure that our customers can get back on the road quickly and with a good feeling.

You are someone who makes contact easily and enjoys taking responsibility. You can switch well between different tasks and remain calm when it is busy.

Additionally:

• you have experience within the automotive damage industry or automotive sector;

• you have experience with recording and estimating damages, or you want to further develop yourself in this;

• you are customer-oriented and strong in communication;

• you work accurately and maintain a good overview;

• you can collaborate well with various colleagues and external parties;

• you have an affinity with cars and damage repair.
