First-class automotive technician in the Netherlands

• A salary based on 38 hours per week, tailored to your knowledge and experience.

• With a 40-hour work week, you can choose to accrue 2 hours per week as ADV (reduction of working hours), or to have your full hours paid out. If you choose ADV, you accrue 104 ADV hours per year with full-time employment.

• You receive 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment) and have the possibility to purchase up to two extra working weeks. This allows you to fill your free time flexibly. You receive 8% holiday allowance on top of your salary, which is paid out automatically every month—nice and clear!

• You receive a net travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer. Do you come by bicycle? Then you benefit from extra favorable conditions: you receive € 0.30 per kilometer. Good for your health and your wallet.

• Your pension is arranged via BPF Metaal & Techniek. Louwman pays 17.7% of the premium and you contribute 10.28%. This way, we build your future together.

As an experienced automotive mechanic, you independently perform maintenance and repairs on Toyotas, but you also enjoy diving into more complex technical issues. With your knowledge and experience, you help not only customers, but also your colleagues in Hellevoetsluis by providing advice and guidance. You use modern diagnostic equipment and your own professional tool trolley to solve faults quickly and skillfully. Additionally, you contribute to the workshop planning and advise colleagues where necessary. Always with an eye on quality and customer satisfaction, so that every car leaving our workshop is perfectly maintained.
