At Bijlstra Installaties, we are looking for an enthusiastic First-class Installer (W) for our New Construction & Renovation team. Are you technically strong, do you like to take the lead on projects, and do you know how to motivate colleagues? Then we would love to meet you!

As a First-class Installer (W), you are responsible for the execution and coordination of installation work within our new construction and renovation projects. Your tasks include:

• You are responsible for a project and lead installers;

• You act as a mentor for new employees;

• You serve as the point of contact for clients and other involved parties;

• You determine the order of work and monitor progress on location;

• You independently install mechanical installations such as heating, sanitary, gas, air handling, and heat pump installations;

• You ensure the quality, safety, and a neat handover of the project.
