Customer Implementation Specialist

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level, or recent graduates with an HBO diploma in business administration/logistics/commercial direction are also welcome;
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role as an implementation consultant, project manager, or functional administrator.
• Strong commercial skills, analytical insight into business processes, and the ability to turn resistance to change into something positive.
• Excellent communication skills, due to intensive contact with key accounts and end users.
• Technical insight: Experience with database structures, API connections, or specific ERP/CRM systems is a strong plus.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and positive attitude.

• Affinity with Lean & Agility principles is a plus (LSS is included).

Do you want to play a key role and do you get energy from successfully onboarding new customers and optimizing processes in an international logistics environment?

The Customer Implementation Specialist is responsible for handling the complete onboarding of customers in a fast and successful manner. You act as the link between the customer, operational teams, and other internal stakeholders. You ensure that implementation projects run smoothly and monitor progress, from the initial kickoff to the successful handover to daily operations. You are available for at least 32 hours and this job is based in Doesburg.

• Analyzing the customer's current work processes and translating these into the optimal setup in our systems.
• Throughout the entire implementation process, you are the fixed point of contact and ensure that the implementation lands seamlessly within the organization.
• Leading kick-off sessions and inventorying the wishes and business processes of the customer.
• Configuring and setting up the customer portal and/or EDI/API and transferring existing customer data.
• Giving interactive workshops and training to end users to maximize adoption.
• Monitoring the project planning, deadlines, and scope of the implementation.
• Intensively guiding the customer during the 'go-live' phase, after which you hand over the project warmly to customer service.
