Senior Consultant - Banking & Capital Markets - Strategy & Operations

• Gross monthly salary between € 3,965 and € 5,050 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home office allowance per working day.

As a Senior Consultant, you are closely involved in various challenges. You do not only work together with a team to work out strategic issues, but also support implementation processes or contribute to the design of an operating model.

The Banking team is part of the Strategy & Operations - Financial Services team. The Strategy & Operations - Financial Services team in the Netherlands consists of approximately 45 colleagues and is part of the Global Strategy Group of KPMG. The team focuses on clients in the financial sector and serves 3 different segments; banks, insurers, and real estate companies.

• Advising banks
• Both developing strategy and setting up transformation programs 
• Guiding banks in a rapidly changing world Thinking along with banks to improve their organization
• Seeking creative and sustainable solutions during complex organizational changes
• The ability to organize projects independently and guide junior colleagues
