As a (Senior) DORA Supervisor within the Market Infrastructure or Trading Venues team, you will play a crucial role in supervising the digital resilience of the capital markets. You will assess whether trading platforms, proprietary trading firms, and clearing and settlement institutions comply with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and whether their IT processes are sufficiently robust, secure, and future-proof. DORA requires institutions to effectively manage their IT risks, resolve incidents quickly and transparently, regularly test whether systems can withstand cyber threats, and maintain strict control over chain and outsourcing risks. You will assist them in doing so and maintain sharp supervision of compliance. Together with your colleagues, you will develop and safeguard an impactful supervision strategy for digital resilience within the capital market infrastructure. You will lead investigations, engage in dialogue with institutions and stakeholders, and closely monitor technological and market developments. In doing so, you will work closely with national and international supervisors such as DNB and ESMA and act as a strong interlocutor for market participants. Furthermore, you will contribute to policy development and can apply your expertise to projects within various teams. In short: your work has a direct impact on the stability and digital resilience of the financial markets.
