• Gross monthly salary between € 5,085.- and € 6,230.- depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance of €62,- net per month, and a work-from-home allowance.

You see what others do not see. As Manager Soft Controls within the Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) team at KPMG, you are the bridge between numbers and culture, between behavior and business results. You make visible what often remains unspoken: the behavioral dynamics that help or hinder organizations.

You conduct investigations into organizational culture and behavior, with the aim of making behavioral risks transparent and keeping them manageable. Using techniques such as observations, interviews, and surveys, you gain in-depth insight into the factors that influence behavior. These insights form an essential part of (financial) audits, where you integrate culture and behavior into the audit of annual accounts. In this way, you offer organizations not only insight, but also direction.

You also play an important role in guiding, motivating, and coaching colleagues. You switch effortlessly between upper management and operations, and know how to bring people at every level along with your vision. Additionally, you play an active role in securing new projects.

• Manage (international) projects in the field of soft controls investigations: planning, monitoring progress, and invoicing.
• In-depthly investigate, analyze, and provide advice on soft controls.
