The role

The Digital Process Excellence (DPE) team is part of Corporate Services Transformation within the advisory practice of KPMG and focuses on improving clients' business processes. This includes a wide range of processes, from Finance to HR, and everything in between. As a Manager, you are involved in (and lead) the analysis, implementation, setup, and governance of innovative digital solutions at the client. Additionally, you are constantly working on improving processes and solving operational issues.
Together with the client and your team members, you investigate where improvements are possible in terms of productivity, quality, costs, and customer satisfaction. To do this, you make use of your extensive knowledge and experience with methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and technologies such as RPA, Chatbots, Low-Code, and Process Mining.

"We are a driven team that not only advises on process improvements and the application of innovative technologies, but also contributes tangibly by implementing changes directly."

As a Manager, you have (final) responsibility for the successful completion of complex assignments in both the public and private sectors. You possess a broad (client) network and are able to conduct successful business development independently. Additionally, you effortlessly manage senior stakeholders and are seen as an expert within the domain of technological and operational process improvement. You are characterized by your expertise and knowledge development in the field of technologies from our Digital Stack. Within the team, you fulfill a leading role and, in addition to applying your substantive knowledge and experience for clients, you also transfer this to the team.

You act as a link between the client and the latest technologies from our Digital Stack and can explain the complexity of these technologies to the client in an understandable way. There is also sufficient room to lead your own (sub)projects, such as devising new applications and technologies from our Digital Stack. Additionally, you will be guided in your development and have freedom of choice in training that suits you. Think of specialist training tailored to your needs (for example, in digital transformations) or leadership skills (such as strategic decision-making or coaching and mentorship).
