The role
As Manager Digital Architecture, you help organizations with strategic issues surrounding digital transformations and the future of their IT landscape. You work with executives, board members, and senior stakeholders on issues that determine the direction of the organization and how technology contributes to it.
You guide clients through complex changes, such as carve-outs, modernization of application landscapes, cloud transformations, and the design of future-proof enterprise architectures. In doing so, you look beyond technology alone. You help organizations make choices that align with their strategy, governance, change requirements, and ambitions for the future.
You fulfill a leading role in client assignments. You are a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and know how to bring together different interests, insights, and perspectives. You combine substantive architecture knowledge with consultancy skills and understand how to translate complex issues into a clear direction and actionable approach.
Additionally, you play an important role in the further growth of the team. You guide consultants in their development, contribute to propositions, and actively build client relationships and new opportunities within your network. As a result, you have an impact not only at clients, but also on the development of the team.
You will become part of a multidisciplinary team within Digital Transformation, where business, technology, and organizational change converge. Together, we help clients with the issues that have the greatest impact on their organization, while simultaneously building a team where entrepreneurship, collaboration, and personal development are central.
What you'll do
- You advise clients on enterprise architecture, digital strategy, and large-scale transformation programs.
- You translate business objectives into architecture visions, roadmaps, and concrete change initiatives.
- You guide senior stakeholders through complex decision-making and architectural choices.
