The role
Are you energetic, curious, and ready to deploy your talents at a global player in the field of complex infrastructural and maritime projects? Then this internship at Boskalis is an opportunity you don't want to miss. As a Campus Recruitment & Events Intern, you will become an important link in connecting students with Boskalis.
During your internship, you will get plenty of room to pioneer, to organize, and to make an impact. You will work closely with the Campus Recruiters, colleagues throughout the entire organization, and you will yourself have plenty of contact with students, study associations, and educational institutions. You will be visible at events, devise clever improvements, and actively contribute to an ironclad candidate experience.
Working at Boskalis literally means creating a new horizon in the most sustainable way possible. In a world where population growth, increasing global trade, demand for (new) energy, and climate change are driving forces, we challenge you to make your mark on complex infrastructural and maritime projects.
What you'll do
- Spotting and attracting talent: You support the (inter)national recruitment of students for internship and graduation assignments.
- Events that stick: You help with the preparation, promotion, and hosting of internal and external recruitment events such as in-house days and career days.
- Strengthening candidate experience: You think along about how we can make contact with students even more personal and professional.
- Smart improvement: You investigate where our recruitment processes can be made smarter, faster, or more fun.
- Stakeholder management: You build relationships with hiring managers, students, study associations, and colleges/universities.
- Online visibility: You manage online platforms, talent pools, and mailboxes.
Extra information
- Where you will work: We work hybrid. In consultation with your supervisor and your team, you will work partly from home and partly in the office.
Hiring process
- Procedure: Applying is easy by filling out the online application form. We conduct interviews online and at the office. If we both think we are a good match after these interviews, we will offer you an internship contract!
- Upload your CV via the application form before January 2027.
- Keep an eye on your inbox or phone: you will receive a personal response within 5 days.
- For more information about the internship or application procedure, please contact Jenna de Waard, Campus recruiter, via 06 50185190 or campus@boskalis.com.
