B2B Sales Assistant Netherlands

Do you use your organizational talent and service orientation to ensure complex orders run flawlessly? The Business-to-Business department of JYSK Netherlands is growing rapidly and is looking for a B2B Sales Assistant who brings structure and fully relieves our customers of their concerns. In this role, you are the administrative and service-oriented heart of the department.

As a B2B Sales Assistant, you are an important link within our B2B team in Arnhem. You ensure that customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and outstanding cases are followed up correctly and quickly, so that our B2B Consultants can focus on commercial growth.

• Handling and following up on inquiries from business customers and JYSK stores.

• Preparing and checking quotes, orders, and customer registrations.

• Monitoring outstanding requests, deliveries, and follow-up actions.

• Correctly processing and keeping customer and case data up to date in our systems.

• Collaborating with our stores, Customer Service, and other internal departments.

• Identifying commercial opportunities and passing them on to the right B2B Consultant.

• Ensuring clear communication and a professional customer experience.

You will receive a lot of responsibility in the daily operations and work within a small, international, and commercial B2B team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Works administratively strong and accurately.

• Is customer-oriented, a strong communicator, and professional.

• Can maintain a good overview and can set priorities independently.

• Works proactively and sounds the alarm in a timely manner when something does not proceed according to plan.

• Works easily with different systems and picks up new processes quickly.

• Has a commercial sense and knows how to recognize opportunities with customers.

• Speaks and writes good Dutch and possesses sufficient English for internal collaboration.

• Experience in B2B, sales support, or customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement.
