Maintenance Worker

When you close the day, you never know what the next day will look like. Every morning is a surprise where you start by resolving the first emergencies. These could be leaks, blockages, or malfunctions. It is large-scale, high-volume, and complex. For you as a maintenance worker, that is no problem and no unfamiliar territory; you think in solutions!

You will do this in one of our distribution centers, from which trucks supply our stores daily. In the distribution center, you will find various departments. Can you see yourself working here? For example, among the fruit and vegetables in the fresh department, or among the chips and sprinkles in our dry grocery department. Because of you, customers can continue to enjoy the best shopping experience in our stores.

Are there leaks, blockages, or doors that do not close properly? Then you ensure this is resolved quickly! As a maintenance worker, you are responsible for following up on and carrying out all maintenance and repair work. And also for all transport materials. In the event of a problem, you call the supplier or installer immediately to resolve it.

You arrange everything in consultation with your supervisor, the technical coordinator, and the facility coordinator. Naturally, in line with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. Your daily activities include:

• Maintaining all installations (freezers), malfunctions, and repairs.
• Managing maintenance materials and tools.
