• HBO or WO level of work and thinking.
• More than 6 years of relevant work experience within logistics, operations, or supply chain.
• Demonstrable leadership experience within an operational environment.
• Experience with managing based on KPIs, productivity, quality, and cost control.
• Experience with change management and continuous improvement according to Lean principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bring people along in change.
• The ability to think and act both operationally and strategically.

• A gross salary between € 4,800 and € 6,700 per 4-week period, based on 40 hours per week.
• Converted to a monthly salary, this amounts to approximately € 5,200 to € 7,250 gross per month.
• An annual bonus of up to 7.5% of your annual salary based on organizational objectives.

As Operations Manager EFC, you are responsible for both the daily performance and the long-term development of the operation.

• Co-developing and realizing the strategic objectives and the annual plan of the location.
• Monitoring operational performance, personnel deployment, and budgets.
• Analyzing results and making timely adjustments when performance lags.
• Leading operational teams and coaching, developing, and evaluating managers and employees.
• Creating a safe working environment in which vitality, sustainable employability, and employee satisfaction are central.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and operational regulations and realizing a strong safety culture.
• Safeguarding inventory integrity and delivery reliability within the EFC.
• Identifying, initiating, and implementing structural improvements according to Lean methodologies.
• Contributing to projects and organizational changes that have an impact on the operation.
• Actively contributing to integral decision-making within the Site Management Team and safeguarding business continuity.
