What is your ambition? For our Value & Risk Advisory team in Amsterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern who is eager to learn, not afraid to roll up their sleeves, and enjoys assisting the team in performing valuations.

The Value & Risk Advisory team advises national and international investors and banks on the value of real estate. The appraisers translate building information and market data into cash flow forecasts to arrive at a carefully substantiated valuation. As an intern, you will fulfill a supporting role for our appraisers. You will be involved in all facets; for example, you will go to buildings, analyze real estate documentation, contribute to reports, and get the chance to set up calculation models. We offer you the opportunity to gain a lot of experience and gain insight into the most important drivers of real estate investments.

• You preferably live in the Amsterdam region
• You are currently pursuing a HBO or WO degree. Preferably in a financial-economic, business administration, or real estate-related field.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and AI.
• You speak and write excellently in Dutch and English.
• You have an affinity for numbers.
