Senior Project Manager - Construction/Build

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager within design & build, construction, or project interior design;

• HBO/WO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of civil engineering, architecture, or project management;

• Demonstrable experience with complex projects or client accounts;

• Strong communication and organizational skills in both Dutch and English;

• Leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and result-orientedness;

• Knowledge of finance and contract management;

• Affinity with sustainable construction solutions is a plus.

Senior Project Manager Construction - Tétris Design & Build Nederland

• Leading multiple project teams in different phases of the process;

• Drafting and controlling project plans, budgets, and timelines;

• Acting as the primary point of contact for (inter)national clients;

• Identifying and managing project risks;

• Guiding and managing external parties, such as architects and contractors;

• Identifying and developing growth opportunities for both Project Management and Tétris employees, aimed at acquiring new assignments and expanding current services;

• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services that exceed client expectations;

• Reporting on progress and finances to internal stakeholders.
