Jeff & Jill Uitzendspecialist is looking for a true coordinator for the position of INTERCEDER.

In this position at Jeff & Jill, you have the entire process in one job: recruiting new employees, helping them and guiding them in their development using our learning systems, placing them with existing and new clients, and maintaining and intensifying all those contacts. So you are working with people, and our systems are designed so that you spend as little time as possible on administrative tasks and can therefore truly invest your time in personal contact. That is what we stand for at Jeff & Jill uitzendbureau!

1. Recruitment & Selection. Concrete activities include, among others, screening and selecting new hospitality, retail, healthcare, and logistics employees, conducting intakes and interviews, and upon hiring, the onboarding of our new employees.

2. Candidate Guidance. After onboarding, a new employee can immediately begin further development. You can guide the new employee in this and advise them on what suits him/her best and is most useful.

3. Staff Planning. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the requested shifts at our clients are filled.

4. Client Management. You maintain contact with existing and new clients (large and small) and proactively look for new opportunities for your candidates and those of your colleagues.

We are not only looking for someone who does the legwork, but also the thinking work: improving things, working methods, and leaving a clear mark on his or her 'shop'.

And all of this in a dynamic, hardworking, informal but helpful team. You are never just busy with your own candidates and clients, but also with those of your colleagues.

We ask for the following:

• enthusiastic work and (co-)thinking at HBO level (not always necessarily a completed HBO education)

• relevant work experience as an interceder or recruiter is not necessary.

• affinity with sectors such as Hospitality, healthcare, logistics, retail and / or a combination of these sectors.

• someone with an interest in people and their development and good judgment.

• a decisive coordinator, who can work independently but is also eminently a team player.

• someone who sees the glass half full instead of half empty, but also always sees the empty glasses.

• communicative skills, strong but at the same time calm on the phone.

• good at dealing with feedback (both giving and receiving it)

• Someone with a sense of humor, who can empathize with others (both candidates and clients).

We therefore look at competencies as well as relevant work experience: both play a role.

And furthermore:

• Available 28 - 40 hours per week.

• Proficient with (online) systems.

• Good command of the Dutch and English language

• Living in the vicinity of Amsterdam.
