Maintenance Engineer

• At least a completed MBO-4 education, with at least 4 years of work experience in the process industry, with a degree in Maintenance Technology completed being preferred;
• Experience working according to the RCM2 methodology;
• Experience in setting up Autonomous Maintenance and guiding users in this;
• Knowledge of technical materials (metals, plastics, fits, etc.);
• Experience working with Maintenance Management systems (JDE uses SAP-PM);
• Due to your experience, you keep a cool head in high-pressure situations and you can effectively transfer your knowledge to colleagues.

• You prepare periodic maintenance orders and you assess the method, frequency, and accuracy
• You supervise Autonomous Maintenance, assessing the method, frequency, and accuracy
• In a multidisciplinary group, you look at performance daily to draw lessons from it, and weekly you look for improvements within such a team
• You lead or participate in a number of projects and regularly consult with your colleagues from sister factories regarding improvements
• You assess components for usability, lifespan, and availability. You do this through your own research and through contact with fellow factories. You enter alternatives for these components.
