What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in consultancy or commercial roles in the healthcare or Life Sciences sector
Strong skills in project management and stakeholder management
A commercial and curious mindset and experience with business development
Experience with commercial strategy, customer engagement, launch excellence, or related areas
Affinity with and insight into the Dutch healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape

Nice to have

An existing network within the Dutch pharmaceutical sector is a major plus
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English (both spoken and written)

The role

IQVIA Netherlands is looking for an Associate Principal, Analytics & Commercial Consulting - Pharma to strengthen our Analytics & Consulting team in the Netherlands.

In this role, you will work directly with leading Pharma companies active in the Dutch market, helping them solve crucial commercial challenges and accelerate their growth.

You will manage impactful consultancy assignments, build trust-based relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of IQVIA's Commercial Consulting team within the Dutch market.

What you'll do

Identify and develop new business opportunities for our Life Sciences clients, primarily within pharmaceutical companies
Lead and provide support for business development, including preparing proposals and expanding client relationships, together with Key Account Managers in the sales team
Lead strategic consultancy projects for clients in the Netherlands
Advise senior stakeholders on commercial or marketing aspects and business insights
Coach consultants and contribute to the development of the team
Collaborate on the design of innovative solutions in the areas of AI, customer engagement, and commercial transformation
