• More than 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, of which a significant part in project and/or consulting roles.

• Experience and vision regarding digitalization, propositions and strategy, business development, and operating models and process improvements. Think of creating distribution strategies, due diligence projects, etc.

• You have a top-tier athlete mentality and enjoy working together with a team of consultants to make a difference for the client.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

As Senior Insurance Manager, you guide our clients in digitalizing and making their organization more customer-centric by developing (digital) strategies and customer-centric propositions. Our core propositions include developing propositions, segmentation, and service for customers and distribution partners, the design of operating models, business strategies, and our IG&H Insurance Solution. Whether it concerns business and IT & data strategies, distribution strategies, or M&A support, you ensure that our clients transform, become future-proof, and remain relevant.

To achieve this, you make optimal use of our multidisciplinary teams specialized in in-depth sector knowledge, technology, data & AI, and organizational and digital transformations. You have experience with the strategic aspect of business transformations and can encourage others to think outside the box. You maintain active contact with clients and explore new business opportunities.
