Pedagogical staff member BSO in the Netherlands

At BSO Dragons Den in Noordwijk, you will love going on discoveries together with the children as a pedagogical staff member. You don't wait around, but come up with ideas yourself and take initiative. You get energy from curious children and enjoy making every afternoon something special. From a sporty activity in the garden to cooking together, crafting, or inventing a new game: together with the children, you ensure a fun and meaningful afternoon.

A beautiful place to work
Dragons Den is a beautiful BSO on the ESA-ESTEC grounds in Noordwijk. The beautiful building and the large garden give children plenty of space to play, move, discover, and grow. Here, children are given the space to be themselves and to discover their own interests and talents.

You work with a small group of children aged 4-12 years. On most days, you independently supervise a group of about 10 children. One day per week, you work together with a colleague and together you supervise about 14 children. This means you have plenty of room for personal contact with the children, can closely follow their development, and can shape the afternoon yourself.

And you play an important role in that. You encourage children to make their own choices, try new things, and have fun together. One afternoon you organize a sporty activity in the garden, the next time you get creative, invent a new game, or dive into the kitchen together. Perhaps you are our new cooking enthusiast!

Practical
You work on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:15 PM to 6:30 PM. During school holidays, you work from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. During the holidays, you work at the Schaapshonk location.

You pick up the children with a BSO bicycle bus. Being active is part of the job!
