• A contract for 32 hours per week and a nice salary according to scale 10 of the childcare collective labor agreement (cao Kinderopvang): between €3,952.- and €5,375.- gross per month based on a 36-hour work week.

As Department Manager Fit & Fun, you are the driving force behind this movement. You are the catalyst for the further development of Fit & Fun and increasingly put the concept on the map in the Gelderland region. As Department Manager Fit & Fun, you further shape the development of Fit & Fun in the Gelderland region. The work area is located within a compact region around Doetinchem, in the Achterhoek and Liemers. You translate the national concept and policy into an approach that aligns with the needs and opportunities in the region, while monitoring the quality of the offering. You do not wait around, but take the initiative yourself to further strengthen Fit & Fun and make it future-proof. With sports, games, and movement as a solid foundation, you look ahead to possibilities to further broaden the offering, fitting the needs of children, locations, and the region.

An important part of your role is increasing the visibility of Fit & Fun. You identify opportunities in the region, actively build a strong network, and strengthen collaborations with, among others, branches, educational institutions, associations, and other partners. In this way, you contribute to a broader and more attractive offering for children. With this, you not only increase the impact of Fit & Fun, but also strengthen the position of the concept within Humankind and beyond.

To make this possible, you provide direction to 7 enthusiastic colleagues. You create overview, bring focus, and involve colleagues in the course of Fit & Fun. In doing so, you provide trust, stimulate ownership, and provide space for initiative, so that everyone can contribute to the further strengthening of Fit & Fun in Gelderland based on their own expertise.
